In June 2012 Keith, Matt & Dave will be climbing the three highest mountains in Wales (Snowdon), England (Scafell Pike), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and cycling between each mountain (carrying all our equipment) a total of approximately 500 miles in 10 days and also raising funds for Galloways Society for the Blind, a Charity based in Preston, who support more than 6,500 blind and visually impaired people across Lancashire and beyond.

Mechanical problems

Tuesday 5th June we headed off to Borrowdale. But we only got to Lancaster University when Matt's spoke snapped. We managed to get to a bike shop in Lancaster called "The Edge". They were very helpful and supplied Matt with some spare spokes. Keith and I also got stocked up with new brake pads just in case.
